Michelle brings almost 25 years of corporate paralegal experience to the firm and takes pride in TLR’s high standards of corporate record maintenance. Michelle is responsible for the corporate records as well as for the preparation of documents in relation to more complex corporate transactions for both Manitoba and Federal entities, including incorporations, preparation of various share transfer documents, and preparing documents for amalgamations, restorations, continuances, dissolutions, and reorganizations. When at home, Michelle can usually be found in the kitchen testing out new recipe ideas, some of which turn out successful!  Michelle’s warm personality definitely lights up our offices.
